To ensure smooth scheduling for all our valued guests, we kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment rescheduling or cancellation. Cancellations made after this period will incur a non-refundable charge equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service. In the event of a no-call or no-show appointment, a fee equal to 50% of the booked service will be applied, and guests will be unable to rebook until the full no-show fee is settled.
